Donald Bryson is the North Carolina State Director for Americans for Prosperity Foundation. Bryson started with AFP Foundation in 2011 as a field coordinator, in charge of grassroots activities in the Raleigh-Durham area. In 2014, he was promoted to state director. Before joining AFP Foundation, Bryson was policy specialist with Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina – a school choice advocacy organization. Bryson’s opinion-editorials, on policy issues such as school choice and tax reform, have been in publications such as the Daily Caller, the Charlotte Observer, and the Raleigh News & Observer. Bryson lives in southern Wake County with his wife, Amy, and two-year old daughter, Dagny.
